On 17.11.2021, the final event of the Interreg research project SuMo-Rhine took place in Freiburg. We were able to welcome a total of 32 people on site and approx. 60 more people who followed the event via the livestream.
In addition to the presentation of the results, there was the opportunity for professional exchange during the breaks. In addition, the results were discussed in a panel discussion specifically on the basis of the municipal level. We were pleased to welcome the following panelists: Monika Neuhöfer-Avdić (Mayor of the City of Lörrach), Dr. Nadège Blond (representing CNRS, LIVE-UNISTRA and UHA), Dr. Eckhard Szimba (KIT-ECON), Prof. Dr. Oliver Frör (University of Koblenz-Landau), Janusch Jehle (FeLis, University of Freiburg) and Ass.-Prof. Dr. Andreea Grigorovschi (ENSAS-AMUP). The event was opened by Prof. Wolf Fichtner (KIT-IIP and DFIU). In the outlook, Prof. Barbara Koch (FeLis, University of Freiburg) formulated perspectives for the future cooperation of the project consortium.
