The SuMo-Rhine final event will take place on 17.11.2021 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will take place in the auditorium of the University of Freiburg and will also be livestreamed via the internet. Drinks and refreshments will be provided. Participation is only possible after prior registration. The presentations will be held in either German or French. We offer translation for both languages on site and also in the livestream.

How to get to the final event?

The venue is the Aula of the University of Freiburg. The auditorium (room 1115) is located on the 1st floor of the Kollegiengebäude I at Platz der Universität 3 in 79098 Freiburg. The venue is within walking distance of Freiburg main station. The parking garage “Universität Kollegiengebäude” is located in the immediate neighbourhood of the venue and offers two AC sockets type 2 with 11 kW to charge electric vehicles. Other car parks with charging facilities for electric vehicles can be found in the area around the venue.

Measures to ensure a safe event in times of the Corona pandemic

According to the current regulation, the room can have a maximum occupancy of 75%. Access to the event is only possible on condition of a proof of one of the “3Gs” (vaccinated, recovered, tested). We will also collect contact details of all participants to allow contact tracking. The data collection is based on § 8 of the Ordinance of the State Government on infection-protective measures against the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (CoronaVO).
